I have always loved wrangling words into clean messages. It’s one of my favourite things to do. For 15 years I honed my communication skills in the inbound tourism industry, an industry devoted to marketing.
Then content marketing started to become a big thing and I realised the world needed people like me, people who could take information and make it interesting or useful. You see, writing about yourself or your business is hard. My ability to see things from the outside – from your customers’ point of view – gives me the perspective you don't have.
So, in 2009, I started my content writing business. In the years since then, I’ve helped a wide range of businesses and organisations solidify their reputations, win new business, speak with confidence to their audiences, carve out a niche in the market or differentiate themselves from the rest. All this through really great written content.
The content is not great because I’m a great writer; it’s great because of the discovery process we go through together. It’s great because it authentically represents you, my client, and because it delivers what your client needs and wants to know.
